Group Visits and Outreach Sessions on the History of Anaesthesia

The Museum of Anaesthesia hosts and facilitates group sessions (of up to 45 attendants) to learn all about the history of anaesthesia. Our expert volunteers, made up of retired consultant anaesthetists, make each visit unique. Sessions include an introduction to the history of anaesthesia and pain medicine, interactive elements including a chance to handle medical equipment (old and new), and a tour of the museum if onsite
